Since it doesn't belong in any other section, here is some information about me. I know many of the members on this forum will be people I know (Xion, Womble, Scott, Blue will all probably be here eventually) but in case someone who isn't familiar with me, Aidan...

I am a young man living in Kent, England, aiming to attend university for a degree in English Literature and then move on to teach English at Secondary level ('mericans, think High School). I have been a roleplaying enthusiast since 2001-ish, and before that, my love was Pokémon (yeah, you heard it right).

I write Fantasy fiction, often with heavy romantic elements.

My Education history includes a high grade in Dance, Admin/Secretarial skills, Maths, Biology and some training in Computers.

I have circles of friends including a social circle, a roleplaying circle, and an internet circle.

The love of my life is Michelle, she may live a long way away, but distance has no meaning because my heart has wings where she is involved (or at least it flutters a lot. I'm fairly sure it would fly all the way to America if I opened up its (rib)cage). Her lips are the most amazing feature I have yet seen, and I envy her full hair.

I take my inspiration from the following things: Shapes, Dreams and Music.

My heroine is Tsuruya-san from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu. One day, maybe I will have such hair.

My god is Suzumiya Haruhi.

The person I most want to be is myself.

My list of five favorite things ever is as follows:
1. Michelle
2. Life
3. Friends
4. Computer
5. My own imagination

My favorite character class is usually either a healer or a support class.

My favorite pen and paper roleplay (besides 11 Paths of course) is Exalted 2nd Edition.

My pen name is Adonis Nimbus.

My Gaia name is Gaignen.

My PC specs are:
8.4GHz Processor (2x4.2GHz)
2GB RAM
256MB Graphics Card
1TB (1,000GB) total storage space
26" monitor, resolution 1024x768 (I use my TV as a monitor)

My desktop (Higurashi Cotton Drifting Festival wallpaper, dynamic picture of my beloved Michelle in corner, all neat and organised):

My currently installed Games:

Want to know more. Ask away. I can't promise an answer though.

A little about the creator. Empty Reading Materials

The books I have enjoyed most are (all recommended):

EVERYTHING by Terry Brooks in the Shannara and The Word & The Void series'

Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy

Stephanie Meyer's Twilight series

Marjorie Bradley Kelogg's Lear's Daughters duology. (The Wave and the Flame & Reign of Fire)

Guy Gavriel Kay's "Tigana" Highly recommended. Bigger than the bible and a million times more interesting. Beware, not for the young, contains sex, violence and politics. Based on a Italian-style fantasy world, where one of the lands has had a sorcery put on it so foul that it makes people unable to hear its name. Tigana has lost its history, and because of the corcery, cannot get it back. The story is mostly about the regaining of their name, but there are so many subplots, romances, vendettas and treasons that it should keep anyone entertained.
